Debt Management Plans

Equitiadebt is a fee charging company for debt management plans. We keep the cost to a minimum so that more of your money is being used towards your debts. You are our personal client and we shall endeavour to assist you throughout this difficult time. You can contact us at any time, night or day and we will return your call within 24 hours.

IVA

Equitiadebt creates the statement of affairs for the clients and we do charge a fee for this process.  We will assit you through the application process and gather all the necessary documents together so that the process is efficient and the arrangement is approved more quickly. CVA

A fee is charged to create the statement of affairs for a CVA because the preparatory work involved is substantial.  When the statement of affairs is passed to the Insolvency practitioners, you will be charged approximately £5000 + to do a CVA.  This is payable (and non-refundable) before creditors are met. Non Charging Charities

There are many charities that do not charge any fees to assist you with your finances. They can be found on the internet (i.e. Citizens Advice Bureau, Credit Consumer Counselling Service, and Debt Advice Network).
